Which silhouette is most likely to be a coyote?

Not quite! This is the coyote’s canid relative: the fox. While the ears and snout are similar, the tail is much bushier and much longer (note how it drapes all the way to the ground and is much longer in proportion to the animal’s body). The fox also has shorter legs and is smaller than a coyote.
